The traditional Chinese embroidery is with threads only. This series of oriental mules are with paillettes and threads hand-sewn onto the upper. This requires a mature and meticulous handcraft skill that should not be overlooked in today’s industrial footwear process. The fixture of the upper during the sewing process to make sure that each upper piece looks identical is not an easy task. The matching presentation of the left- and right-hand side of the shoe requires detailed attention.
